Today we grab a quick bite at Purple Patch, a Filipino x America restaurant and streetry located in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood in NW D.C. A favorite spot of mine, the chef, wonder, and team always are full of smiles and ready to fill your belly with joy. The Purple Patch Fried Spicy Adobo Wings are a dream. A hearty 8 wings served with garlic aioli and atchara papaya salad. The juicy and crispy wings were well marinated in adobo sauce and fried super to a perfect crispy finish. We ordered ours with the sauce on the side so we enjoy the crispiness and dip and drip at our leisure. These wings were the PERFECT bite on a quick lunch during the work day. We got some sunshine, had the all-American favorite snack with a twist. We recommend it.
